One workstation equals one forwarder/dispatcher using the platform. For example, if your company has 5 forwarders, you need 5 workstations — that's how many licenses your key activates. You can adjust the number of workstations to match your team size at any time.

After payment, you'll receive an email with your license key at the address you used for billing. Click "Log in to the map", switch to the "Register" tab, and enter the key to activate your workstation.

IMPORTANT: the first person to register should be the manager/owner or whoever entered the payment details. The first person to register with a given key automatically gets access to the subscription management panel (Stripe Customer Portal). Only after that should the key be shared with the rest of the team so they can activate their own workstations.
