One workstation equals one forwarder or dispatcher using the platform. If your company has, say, 5 forwarders, you need 5 workstations: that is how many licences your key activates. You can adjust the number of workstations to your team size at any time.
After payment you will receive an email with your licence key at the address used for billing. Click “Log in to map”, switch to the “Register” tab and enter the key to activate your workstation.
Important: the first person to register should be the manager or owner, or whoever entered the payment details. The first person to register with a key automatically gets access to the subscription management panel (Stripe Customer Portal). Only after that should the key be shared with the rest of the team so they can activate their own workstations.
Emarox Map uses up-to-date rates for tolls, vignettes, ferries, bridges and tunnels across all of Europe. The data is regularly updated and the calculation accounts for vehicle class and weight (VAN or TIR).
